Support Coordination
Program
The Support Coordination Program also known as Coordination of Supports (COS) aims to assist people with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). A COS role is to assist clients to identify options and choices available and supporting clients to make choices and remain in control of their supports. They will also provide recommendations based on what options will be best for each individual's circumstance to assist in decision-making, assisting in achieving goals and to participate more fully in the community.
